- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I got referred here by my doctor who made an appointment for me. Unfortunately due to a last minute meeting i was unable to make the appointment, so called to let them know. When i said i wanted to reappoint I was told rather abruptly that it "was a bit short notice". Fair point and I accept it was very short notice but briefly explained that there was nothing I could do about it and i'd still like to reappoint. I can't remember whether the response was a sigh or a grunt but It certainly wasn't an "OK, these things happen, let's find another suitable date" reply that I was expecting. Still taken a back, I said if it's a problem I can go elsewhere. The reply was "ok fine" then they put the phone down on me. Disgusting! It's such a shame I was never actually able to review this company based on the services they offered. I shall be updating my GP.by Jon WrightMay 29, 2017
